Our PhD training equips us with a variety of skill sets. However, very few resources are available to educate us about how we can use these skills to find a job in a non-academic setting. To help with this, 4RS and BiCP are co-hosting a 2- part seminar series on Transferable Skills for non-academic jobs. The speakers will be Rudy Bellani and Zach Marks, Co-founders, Oystir.
In the first session, they will be giving a seminar to discuss the skills PhDs possess that can be used in non-academic jobs. In the second session, Resume- crafting tactics for non-academic jobs will be covered. In an interactive session after the talk, any questions you have will be answered.
